I have lodged a complaint before on this. When you stop at the kfc in oudtshoorn they stop you before you get to the window to place our order. The person takes the order then walks to the window where there is no cars to place the order. They then walk back to take your payment with card of cash. They did phone me to explain this and said they only do this when it is busy and they don't let the person on the outside take the money or do the transaction. Well today this whole process repeated itself. No one at the windown, cars cueing behing me into the street. When I asked the manager he said that is the instruction they got from head office. So basically everbody lies. It starts at the top and then this is passed down to the franchises. Pathetic
