Lack of service at KFC Hazeldean , Pretoria

So I went to KFC hazeldean on the 23/10/2017 to go get supper but the was no one at the front desk. I shouted hello hoping someone would come and assist us especially since I heard people talking at the back( where the food is prepared) . I stood there for atleast 10 minutes without any assistance and I heard people laughing and having a jolly time . Such bad customer service well the lack there . I am appalled, we eventually walked out and that's when a guy watched us walk out the door .
