Lack of service and one piece missing

Usually this branch is amazing when the manager is present. Unfortunately, tonight she was not there and it shows in the lack of friendliness and enthusiasm of the staff. <br> First, my cashier, Kyayakaz looked if she was attending a funeral. No smile, no greeting, nothing. I would have been fine with that if my order was complete. I ordered a 6 Piece Family Treat and I only received 5 pieces of chicken. I only realised this when I got back home and I'm not going to inconvenience my life by driving back in the freezing cold because they can't get orders correct!<br> Come on, shape up!<br>
