Lack of service

KFC DAVEYTON SESFIKILE SQUARE. On the 13th of January at 7.30am I went into the stor. There was no one at front so I knocked for a while. A lady finally came and told me that they are not opened yet I then asked her why was the door wide opened she said it’s because they were suppose to open at 7am but they are not serving yet because they are short staffed. I really thought she’s joking because why else would the door be opened if they not open. She wasn’t i left there without being served because they are short staffed therefore not working. I sent a complaint on the kfc website but got no response
