Lack of security

I am not sure whether this is the platform to escalate this matter. But I went to KFC Northriding as I always do and parked my car as I don't like drive thru's. But then my car was ****** while I was ordering my usual R30 meal. The ******* damaged my lock of which now I have to pay R6500 to my car dealer to fix. But then my issue is that the branch knows about the issue and these ******* are regular but in knowing all of this, there is no security in the premises!!! I park cause I usually see a security guard there but when I reported my incident (of which also shows on camera footage) I found that the security only guards from Thursday to Sunday cause those are the busy days!!! So what about all the other days? Why not put a sign telling customers security is not around and they must park at their own risk? So there have been other victims to these ******* but still you don't have security everyday? KFC is a successful business, so I'm sure you can afford a security everyday to protect your customers!! Now I'm the one left with a damaged car of which I have to pay numerous amounts to fix, when all KFC could have done was alert customers and tell them to park at their own ris****
