Lack of quality food

Bought food at off Tokai yesterday and when I got home and opened my meal the one burger fell put of the box because of the way the meals were packed .also when opening my double crunch burger meal .I was shocked to see how small the chicken patties were.like what's the point you buy a double crunch .but there's almost nothing on the burger .It's pathetic honestly .yet you pay so much .and it's only this kfc I have this issue with and this is the second time this has happened
