Lack of proper care and attention.

Yesterday after work my husband and I decided not to cook therefore decided to visit KFC in Vangate Mall. Bad idea that was...!!! First of all upon arrival the cashier Faaieza looked as if she had enough of seeing customers. No greeting nothing accept "what can I get you?" after informing her that we would like 2 Lunch Box meals she informed that they don't have cups for drinks therefore our meals will have to come with a buddy. So my husband decided to rather order the Streetwise 3 pap, and I decided to have the Chicken Lunch Box. Once our orders where our we hit the road back home. Upon arrival I warmed my husbands meal up and served him. I then opened mine and to my disappointment it was a Streetwise 3 meal with what looks like 5 chips!!! REALLY!!! I could not even drive back as it was rain and it was late. This definitely not fair at all. Why should we order when you are going to get something you didn't want in the first place??? I WANT ANSWERS PLEASE. This is NOT ON really! I can't believe the lack of neglectfulness .
