Lack of people skills KFC THORNTREE

So I'm done eating and I go to the counter ask for takeaway and kindly requested that they givep me a smaller package for my takeaway box even if it's that smaller wings paper packet because I was only left with 2 wing and 1 drumstick.. That lady instead of talking to me nicely, she was immediately rude and even said that the manager complains with his stock..
