Lack of hygiene

After a long day at work, I decided to pass by the kfc diekloof square to buy something to eat with my family. I bought 9 pieces of chicken and a side of large chips, when I got home and i started serving for my family, we came across a a string of hair on the meat and not only was I disgusted but I am so disappointed especially now that we are faced with a pandemic like covid, food has to be handled well because peoples lives are involved. I don't think I will ever buy from that KFC ever again, what a waste of money and time spent waiting for my order. Thank you for time wasted and money wasted I'll resort to cooking my own meals for my family.
