Lack of good service and food

Ordered 3 meals by kfc Tokai yesterday .and this is always a issue by KFC where you need to request for tomato sauce and spice and I even had to ask for straws for my cooldrink.then the meals aren't packed right and the one burger falls out in the packet when trying to take it out .patties so small I was like there was one patty on this double crunch meal .honestly .paying so much for a meal and getting half the value .lots of room for improvement .second time similar issue .also same burger .
