Lack of fresh products

KFC Ceres lack the use of fresh products, their service are bad, and their Zinger Wings are always dark on the outside, dry and cold. I like my twister and zinger wings but each time it's the same. The lettuce is always wilted, there is no crunch to your bite and zinger wings, ay dried out and just sad. The service is slow and to little help at frontdesk.

The best KFC i EVER had was at KFC Worcester Mill and KFC Paarl Mall. And each time it's the same fresh products. It's just a shame one have to go that far to receive fresh, warm good KFC. I do not eat a lot of fast foods but once in a while I like to treat my family and myself but keeps getting disappointed with their food. Today I went to buy food again but I felt nervous because what will be given to me? And yep the same story with the twister and zinger wings, then I have to take out the wilted lettuce and drink lots of fluid to get down the dark and dried out zinger wings. I mean one pays for good food then instead you get ****. Once I mailed KFC customer care (with attached photos) with the same freaken story but up to today no response. Why don't they close their doors and maybe rent that space out to a new business like Kauai or Burger King.
