Lack in customer service

I stood at KFC Strand & Long Street for 40+ minutes. Having spent almost R200 at that place. The people at the back kept speaking about my order 30 minutes into my waiting but nothing, when it eventually got to me I was given a cold “sorry”. I went in for a quick family meal. As of yesterday I was done with KFC!!! So disappointed
