Kroonstad KFC2 substandard

I went to the Kroonstad2 KFC (Checkers Centre) on Sunday 11/02/2018 at around 11:40 am. Apparently they were short on staff (which happens frequently) and this was my experience: 1. Drive thru was closed. 2. No ice cream was available since the machine has apparently been broken since October 2017. 3. No Coke was available. 4. I had a wi code voucher, but the system has apparently not been working for a few weeks. 5. Only an assistant manager was available when I requested to speak to the manager. Needles to say I walked out without ordering anything. This is really pathetic service from a fast food restaurant.
