Kolonnade KFC - old oil and rubber chicken

Even the one star is one too much. KFC Kolonnade is the worst ever, food is prepared in old oil, the chicken is rubber and tast less. The service is as bad as the food. They advise a fully loaded box without all the items but charge you the full price without asking to add something in its place!

I will never go back to Kolonnade KFC, even if it’s the only one open!
