kliproad,CPT KFC where you take what they give you

i seriously don't know how many times i need to complain about this KFC service.

I've tried being civil and speak to the person i dealt with when placing my order ,the customer service firstly isn't up to par with any standards. 1. load-shedding - in this event to be told when i want to purchase a streetwise 5 meal that i can only get the chicken and not the large chips that comes with the meal which cost R79.90. because they not selling it that way therefore the going to charge me for every piece of chicken i take which is apparently more but they with give it to me for the price of the meal, firstly im not there to negotiate on food i simply want what i ordered and that im paying for but to their comfort its not the case, the want to go ahead and make, price things how they see fitting. im simply and utterly disgusted that they can do as they please and customers just has to be okay with everything. 2. when i purchase food at the drive through they feel its okay to inform customers after placing their orders that they going have to wait for their food and pull aside(massive inconvenience). at this point i'm not impressed being told to wait for 10 mins and then to be forgotten about and i need to remind them that i'm still waiting on my food. what makes it worse no no apologies have been given to me at this point simply handed my food and walks away. this KFC and many others wont be seeing me anymore I've grown tired of their worthless apologies and reasons. I've tried being understanding but its gotten to the point were i'm disrespected and made to believe that it is what is.
