Kitchen from hell and poor service

WILL WE EVER GET PROPER SERVICE.. It's the 2nd time that we keep getting terrible service frm this KFC.. The kitchen is a mess.. I suggest manager go undercover n go through the drive through to see the *** style the kitchen is... No only that the person taking our order does not pay attention to wat I wanted.. I asked for the family fiesta.. Thigh n drum stick only.. To my surprise the oder came otherwise.. N when I complained I was asked to wait a further 20 min for my oder.. A serious inconvience.. Had it not bnn a card payment I would hv wanted my money back... The staff had to care at all.. The manager Tlou just apologized as by the way but didn't excersize empathy... To save ur brand.. I ask u go undercover n see for urself.. Currnelty customer r now waiting in vain.. Cause sum1 ddnt not plan ahead
