Kholiswa Tygervalley is pathetic she shouldnt be working with people!!!!

A few minutes ago i bought a streetwise 2meal and a strawberry milkshake,there were system problems,trandsaction went off my bank account and the cashier asked me to do a second transaction according to the staff the first one will reverse,the total amount of the purchase was R64.80. So i paid another R64.80 . When questioning the cashier and her supervisor what will happen if money is not reversed automatically,they told i would then need to come back with my bank statement. I then advised, for that amount I would have to pay for a bank statement which costs close to R50,then take a taxi from the location 56rand to come to Tygervalley then pay another 56rand to go bank home,for just a R64.80 purchase,we can all agree that is not practical and defeats the purpose. This cashier or manager i font know what she is,she felt the need to tell me if i want my money back then i will have to and with an attitude,went on to serve customers while publicly trying to humiliate me.

I write to you guys,to fix your staff and refund whatever is due to me, we can all agree i do not deserve such treatment. The cashier who served me was super nice and took time to explain to me in a professional manner and i applaud her for that,not sure what her name is but she was using Koliswas till when she served me. I will not take this lightly at all!!!!! The woman is pathetic, she should not be in customer service.
