Kgopolang the worst public Relations person for McDonald's

McDonald's Mavoni has the rudest manager called Kgopolang. My kids and I arrived at 16h05 and ordered 4 Mcflurrys on the self help machine. At 16h35 were still waiting. When I asked what the delay was I got told that the machines had stopped temperature and ice cream was not available. I asked, politely, why I was not notified when my order was taken. The cashier told me Kgopolang confirmed that the ice cream was okay. I asked to speak to her. And she flatly refused to come out. A nice gentleman called Colby came out to assis. Now it is 16h41 and still waiting. Okay Colby finally came through with our order now at 16h43.
