Kft does not advertise what they sell

I'm disappointed the local stores that service in the colour communities. I order a burger from the delivery services . I paid a total of R109 for my order of which I bought two burgers once was a new colonel burger as per the images on the kfc app and the second a crunch burger . I received two of the same meaty patties ( chicken fillets) there was no difference. I called the store to advise that they gave me the same pattie and that there was no difference in the items orders the guy did not under and say I'm wrong , I said to him send the driver back he choose not too . I've order this burger a few times but I'm just disheartened by the fact that I would be ********** like this .
