KFSee No Burgers!?

I bought a R300 Family share meal which includes (10 Piece Chicken, 4 hot wings, 2 burgers, 2 coleslaw). From the Bishop Lavis KFC. However I bought the meal because we went to go visit family in Mitchellsplain. When we got there. They forgot to put our 2 burgers into the bag. There was also confusion at the till because there was another customer that had the exact waiting number as ours "2405" and when they called it, both me and the other customer approached but this was our meal, pathetic ticketing system. The other customer complained that they didnt even get a number. I am very upset as I had a craving for a burger, i cannot drive back now and this is the first big meal that i actually bought from them as I am Regular customer. I do not have an email for them but this is their number ***
