I drove into their drive thru on Monday 12/4/2021 was Told at the 2nd window that the drive thru is out of service and I should go and place my order inside the store,I asked the lady if she can take my order since I can’t get out of the car I had a newborn baby,toddler and 5 year old who I fetched from school, i explained my situation to a African lady I’m not sure if she is the supervisor or manager she was so rude and ended up not assisting me, the other lady who was junior to her wanted to take my order but she said no she mustn’t do it. She was so heartless. She could have assisted me because I was the reason they could not take my order at the drive through and I explained my situation that I was faced with and she saw my kids inside the car.
