KFS the WORST take away in town...

i wish i could have given you no starts cause that is what you deserve. the customer service is pathetic and EVERYONE in Sasolburg is complaining.

we have 2 kfc's in Sasolburg. the one in town and the one in Klasie Havenga road. the one in town is so dirty no one buys there the staff are rude with attitude like no other and if you do decide to go there they are ALWAYS out of something but you only hear this after you stood in the drive through line for 25 minutes.

the one in Klasie Havenga never has ice cream, their machine is ALWAYS broken but besides that what is the point of a drive through if they make you go wait in the parking lot for your food another 20 minutes.

this morning i went to the KFC in Klasie havenga, i wanted to order a dunked burger. i was told i would have to wait 15 minutes. i then asked for the snack burgers and i was told i also have to wait for those. out of desperation i asked for crunch burgers and when the lady told me again i will have to wait i decided to leave.

POOOOOOR service. this is a 24hour operating store so what is the problem??? this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. I phoned customer service now and they said they would take it up with the store manager pleaseeeee, i spoke to her this morning and she could not give me one direct answer as to why i have to wait over 10 minutes for everything, also take not i was the only customer in the line.

NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY KFC IS WHAT IT IS THESE DAYS. the customer service at all the other drive thru's are MUCH better as they have everything in stock and there is no waiting period in the parking lot. all the people i talk to has the same complaints about these stores shame.
