KFC,Woodstock, Cape Town sucks

I attended KFC, Woodstock in Cape Town, placed my order and received it in under 10min. Which I thought was crazy, but because my bolt driver was waiting I left. Only to get home to a cold meal and my dunked wings were barely damn dunked @kfcwoodstock. This is not the first time I have been disappointed in a damn order. It's ridiculous and you guys need to check the orders and not give people **** that has been standing there for half day
