KFCSA riddled with online unresolved technical & poor service issues

Online system is not fully functional .I live 200m from the nearest store yet that store is not on the list. I raised this 2 months ago to customer care.Westville store does not accept online orders with instore payments. Westville store landline is not functional. What's app orders aplenty technical issues. Westville store Manager,Kgothatso,unable to be decisive with a solution.Suppose losing valued customers is the order of the day...Kentucky Failed Chicken.
