Kfc's bad service and lack of coverage for Mr D foods

Rude rude rude, I called kfc newlands west they dropped the call on me. Then when they eventually answered they said I should call the call center,..... Here's the kicker their "call center number isn't anywhere on internet or at least they did a bang up job hiding it.

They then refer you to Mr D foods to place an order and again it's out of delivery bounds,so you provide coverage to areas of the more privelaged I'm in Newlands east, that's a 5 minute drive to their restaurant, but I guess what's being said here is if you are sick and can't drive feeding your family is your problem.

Why do you have the order online option if it doesn't work? What's the purpose of having an online menu, if it can't be used?

This is just disgusting.
