KFC=Kiddies Fried Chicken

I'm so disgusted with this specific franchise! I asked for a double cornel burger and whadda ya know they don't have. Then I asked if I can substitute the Crunch Burger in the Variety Lunch Box for a less burny burger, you guessed it they couldn't. Now all is good in love and war but then they tell me, "we can substitute it with a snack burger." Like are you even serious. So I bought it in anyway because I was hungry. I get home and open my box, the crunch burger in my box was so tiny it was literally a kiddies size, it was dry and just simply not nice. Never buying at that franchise again. And the people there are just so pathetic and the manager pays no attention to you. No thank you KFC you've let me down and this is not the 1st time!
