I gave Kfc ample time to redeem themselves with regards to the bad service we experienced at their Silverton outlet in Pretoria.I was promised a follow up by the "manageress" Glenrose after she returns from her off day.That was last week Friday when she said she would call back on her return.Its Tuesday already and no callback from her to redeem the credibility of the store.So what i am faced with now is to further exopse this outlet for the attitude and manner in which they treat us as paying customers.We as citizens expect to get the service we are paying for and not to be ignored.
