KFC..Drive Thru

Was at KFC Corlett Drive on Friday evening 22 November. Ordered a family treat through the drive thru. Firstly I did not get the correct sides that I ordered, secondly when I opened the packet at home the mash and gravy was thrown in the bag, it was upside down and everything had came out. This is not the first time that I have experienced this from this store. The drive thru was not busy so I do t understand why there was a rush and the need to throw the food in the packet.
