KFC Zevenwacht Mall Have The Worst Service Ever

So tonight me and my family decided to go to Zevenwacht Mall to get something to eat at KFC, we ordered 3 meals and waited about 15 minutes, we get our order and knowing that they always fvck up we checked before we leave, one order is messed up, we give the specific meal back that was incorrect and the manager on duty said we gonna have to wait another 15 minutes. At this time i was a little but upset but had no choice because we were hungry and the order that was incorrect was the one of my wife. After about 25 minutes she called the manger and asked about her order, the manager then said they still busy we should allow them another 5 minutes, after 10 minutes my ask the manager again and she rep**** 2 minutes, at this point my son ate his I give my baby boy some of the hot chips in my meal, my food was cold as fvck already, I asked my my wife whats happening and she asked the manager again. The manager walk to the back (kitchen) area and on her way back she goes into her office with no feedback what so ever. My wife got ****ed off, asked for her money back and the manager refused to give the money. My wife then asked to be put through the managers senior. He gave her fvcking attitude at this time I felt like taking meal and throwing it behind the counter and leave without the order or money, my wife was so embarrassed my this incident and the manager just couldn’t help at all. Eventually after they help all the clients in the line only then they could assist my wife with refunding her money for her meal and mine as my son was too hungry and started eating immediately when we got our food.

I can guarantee this company will never ever get a cent out of my pocker again.

Im a very patient person, but the way KFC Zevenwacht handled this situation was just ridiculous.

And KFC I don’t want vouchers or a free meal or anything, all I want for guys to do is equip your staff with the tools they need to satisfy us as clients, especially the management team.

Worst fvcking experience ever!!! This hole thing fvcked me up so bad that I wasnt even hungry afterwards
