KFC you pay more for less!!!!

On the 2nd of December 2021 we bought a Triple Birthday barrel from KFC Middelburg West. When we received our order we did not get the four drinks as advertised. The lady at the window just said sorry no stock!! I enquired if we can get other drinks and she just said NO!! She said the lady at the order window was supposed to tell us that There’s no drinks with the barrel.

I feel if KFC advertise a special and the relevant advertised products are not there they must give the customer something of the same Value. Now I paid R149.90 for an order with no drinks (but it was advertised) So why must I pay full price for half an order? I am very disappointed with the fact that I’m paying more for less. And I’m just as disappointed that the KFC store where I Bought it from did not give an alternative for a customer. Just said sorry NO!! When I contacted KFC customer service I got no answer about this I've sent two emails on in December and one in January, but to date I have not even received sorry for the inconvenience

As a regular KFC customer I do not know if it is worth buying KFC anymore why pay more for less??? And you get no service if you complain about the bad service. Thank you for ignoring your customers KFC
