KFC you are letting your customers who ensure your success, down. May you up your game!!!!

Worst delivery and store manager service ever. Waited 48 min for food, arrived ice cold. Send it back, phoned call centre(laughing and chatting can hardly hear your complaint). They connected me with the Stormvoël KFC store manager who said he will sort it out and phone me back. After 7 more calls still no call back from Stormvoël KFC and still no food.... from 19:50. Phone again and the call centre said they can not help because they are closing. 100% thank you KFC for very poor customer relations and food and service.
