KFC yet again!
On December 17 I lodged a complaint and got a reference number KFC Customer Care Case CAS-87841-V7R2G4 Confirmation. KFC:***. I then sent a follow up email on January 6th and still nobody has gotten back to me regarding my complaint which I laid almost two months ago! Perhaps a review in the newspaper would be more efficient in receiving a response out of you people!
