KFC- Wrong and incomplete order

I would rate a minus star if there was an option! I always buy at the KFC Newtown junction mall. It's so frustrating as they don't seem to get anything right. They gave me an incomplete order for the second time this week. I did not get my loaf and my order is wrong. I only have 30 mins lunch and only realized when I got back to the office to eat. My order number was 185 03/02/2021 @ 12.31 please do something ¡!!!!!!!!! Agg so annoying
