KFC worst service ever - Customer Care and Montrose

KFC Montrose. The worst experience ever. Waited for an hour for my order, was wrong. Phoned KFC customer care. Woman told me that the story only opens at 9 that is why we waited so long for our order. We got there at 7am and the doors were open but apparently it means that you order your food and then wait until 9 to get it.

This a a KFC that is at a garage on the way to Durban.
