KFC, worst service ever!!!!

KFC Montana in Pretoria has the worst service ever!!! The employees are so rude and nothing ever works. Is either the ice cream machine os broken or the fountain for the Virgin Moyitos is not work. Last time I was there, the ran out of chips, so we couldn't even order meals that had chips. I was so mad. Their drive through is even worse. You wait for a good 30 minutes or more regardless of what you ordered.
