KFC WORST SERVICE & CUSTOMER CARE

worst customer service EVER after 2 weeks of fighting to get money refunded that was taken off my account without food being delivered got a email saying in 7-14 days they will refund me as they found the issue to now have MORE MONEY DEDUCTED AGAIN with a o sorry we don't know why that happened can someone please explain to me where i can go to get issues sorted
