KFC worst service

What is happening with KFC? My brother in law found plastic in his burger in Tokai. Tonight, I have HAD it with the KFC branch in Sunnydale. Not only do they get my order wrong time and time again, I now have to check my order before leaving. I recently took time off work went to go see the manager about this issue who informed me that they are working on it. Well, tonight my daughter never got her Twister and had to go to bed with a sandwich. I phoned the branch and asked for the manager. A male answered and I explained my side of the story (by which time I was fuming). I asked him for his name and he refused to give it to me, only saying he already told me his name and he won't repeat himself. As I am typing this message, my daughter found a large piece of clear plastic in her mash and gravy!!! That's it, you will never see me again.
