KFC WORST SERVICE

Went to the KFC in Braamfontein yesterday afternoon to purchase a Zinger burger. They instead gave me a colonel burger, which was as dry as hell.

When I called the complaints department to advise them of same I was told that they were unable to assist me as I did not have a sample of the burger. I told the rude lady that thought she was assisting me that I did not have a sample of the burger as I was on my way home from work and I was starving so I ate the burger and I was too far out to turn back and return same. I told her that I have photos of the burger. She said that she was unable to assist. This is not the first bad experience that I have had with the KFC Braamfontein.

I will never support KFC again
