KFC - worst place to order food from

Worst take-away to order food from. And what is the point of having a delivery system that DOESN'T work? Phoned last week, placed order, waited 6 hours and no-one came out - I kept phoning and phoning and they said : "No, someone is sent and will be by you shortly" No one came. I tried phoning the number now - no-one answers, phoned 10 times, phoned the branch in Gonubie , East London and not 1 person answers the phone. Not the branch, not the delivery side no - one, how do you expect to do business when people want to spend their money but your company is too *********** to operate and people cant even answer a phone call.
