KFC WORST FRANCHISE RVER-MISLEADING ADVERTISING

I was in one of KFC branches in Cape Town, Guguletu Mall for their Tuesday special and I was told it only starts at 11am but on their TV advert there's no time that specifically says it starts at 11am. I'm really angry about this, because I have wasted my time and petrol only to found out their special only starts at 11. That's what I call misleading and false advertising. And their customer service is so poor, only response I got was" unfortunately and sorry" how is that is gonna assist me solving their own misleading adverts. I need an urgent response from KFC Head office not customer service.
