KFC worst franchise ever !

On the 17 of Jan 2019 around 8:45am I and my finance visited KFC at the Pavilion. The staff were not helpful or friendly at all . We ordered wings and was told that they only preparing wings at 10am so I we asked for the manager . The cashier went to get the manager who was visible to us but the back having a deep chat with another staff member whilst another cashier named NOKWAZI clicked her tongue very rudely as if we were causing and inconvenience and then after two to four minutes the manager and the cashier with another employee kept talking but looking at us so at this point we decided to leave the store . . . . Whilst walking away I decide to turn around and I see NOKWAZI jumping with laughter with the other cashier and manager (NOKTHULA) as soon as they noticed me the laughter stopped and it was to my frustration that I angrily walked back into the store to the counter and asked if I or my finance looked like clowns or did we miss a joke ????? .... The pathetic manager did not even bother coming out to confront us at all.

KFC should really keeping a closer eye on their staff or train them to be professional and efficient . Laughing at your clients is a really good way to expand business !!!!! IL never be buying KFC again also at the Malvern KFC they cannot even get a crunch burger correct . The name should actually be SOGGY BURGER ! .....

No more KFC for me and my family !
