KFC Worst Experience Ever

KFC Constantia Kloof was the worst experience ever, R468.30 waisted.#angry face. On Friday 28/07/2023 @ 19:02pm we went for supper to the above KFC so firstly I place an order at the kiosk but couldn't make payment and was directed to pay at the till, I then stood at the till for 10 minutes with nobody acknowledging me I the said as the lady that referred me to pay the till what's happening she the called someone and they told they would help and they we more than 6 people behind the counter I was still waiting, eventually someone came to take my payment we then took a seat as we ordered eat in. 45 minutes + had past and we still didn't receive our order, finally our order number #2843 came up for collection we went to the counter but couldn't even get to counter as the uber eats drivers was standing the counter closed and again no acknowledgement from the many staff members focusing on drivers for collection, eventually my husband got annoyed and asked the lady where should we collect as nobody was assisting us and drivers crowding the space, she then look up with an attitude an told us she does uber eats only someone will assist us moving to the otherside throwing her book and pen around..... WOW what customer service she gives. Then a gentlemen took my slip and said the lady would give my food they then squeezed us into a little corner where the counter ends and gave our food the lady was screaming check ur order before u go throwing my food around that's when I got frustrated and said to her, don't throw my food around at this point I was angry. They packed my food in take away bags even though I ordered eat in but just took it went to the table to sit and eat so I could get out....... To my sorrows all our burgers was ice cold food was terrible..... Staff have the worst attitudes in all of the retail industry I have experienced, my daughter still wanted an ice cream they didn't even have that. You might as well close the shop down #manyangryfaces.
