KFC WORST EXPERIENCE/ CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had to pay for something I did not order,(ordered 4 crunch burgers but was given 4 kiddies burgers instead) when I went back to correct my order and was even willing to pay extra for what I initially ordered, I was told that it can not be corrected as they do not have the correct bun size for the burgers I wanted. There was also no refund as I was charged the crunch burger price, for a kiddies portion. There was no effort to correct the inconvenience caused, only provided with a blank stare
