KFC Worst Drive through experience

KFC at the grove Nelspruit was horrific last night. I waited 35 minutes in the drive through at a 24hour KFC. They closed the first window that normally takes the orders, so you had to order, pay and wait for the food at 1 window. There was 6 cars infront of me. And it took 35 minutes before i got to the front. When i eventully got there i asked the lady what was ready as i had already waited enough, she said “chicken and some things” . No passion, no greeting. The worst worst KFC experience ever!! All the vehicles got super inpatient and there was a lot of hooting! Unfortunately once you are in the drive-through line, you cannot get out, otherwise McDonalds just down the road would have definitely had our support!! No use having a 24 hour service if you actually cannot run it!!
