KFC worst customer service

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff here... Saturday night I went through the drive through and waited eventually went up to the window and got told the drive through is offline and the staff member there ntombi then told me that she will not help me as she is off duty turned around and walked away .. I then ended up going inside to speak to the manager ( absolutely useless ) explained the situation to her she then came back and told me Oh sorry there's nothing she can do the staff member does not want to come so there is nothing she can do... managers name was Queenie! !! I have never been disrespected like this ever by any one at KFC I always go to this KFC but will never go back ever !! A response from higher up management over the lack of customer service would be appricate I'd you guys can even offer that !
