KFC WORSE SERVICE

at kfc today I ordered a Allstar box meal,was told they don't have no suger drinks I need to add money for a drink,I refused and ask to speak to management that attended me 5mins later with an attitude she didn't even hear me out and left .she later came back and told the cashier to give me stoney not coke and started shouting at because I refused to take the stoney ,they also gave their names incase I want to report them.i fail to understand why KFC'S the city give better and fast service than the ones in the rural areas.is this what our grandparents go through?
