KFC - Worm in meal

Bought a twister from Ormonde KFC on 25 November 2018. Found a WORM in it. Called the store back. K****tso (without listening to me) promised to call back. No call received. Treid various KFC helplines and multiple forms to report my complaint. No response. Eventually get through to an agent on 6 December. Agent had the audacity to ask me why I took so long to report the issue. Received SMS same day with the reference number 418635 abd a promise that a customer representative will contact me. No contact yet. KFC service is pathetic and their helplines and internet forms are a joke as there is no response from them.
