KFC workers Incompetence

I have experienced bad service at this branch , twice they give me my order with one piece short. First time it happened i took it as an honest mistake but it can't happen to me twice. Imagine how many people had the same problem as i did, this can't be happening.

Something should be done about that or we taking our business somewhere.
