KFC Worcester - Worst Customer Service

Do not go to KFC in Worcester, I visited KFC Worcester, I used the drive through to place my order. I was then instructed to go and place my order from the last window which demanded me to step out of my Car in that congestion and make a payment for my order. I was the told by the lady who placing orders that I need to go back and queue behind other cars even though I already drove off the queue as per the instruction by Arthur. This lady told me that if I am a walking client she will never assist me. She had no name badge so that we cannot identify her. I then requested for the Manager to come and she then called Arthur who eventually assisted me. Her attitude was pathetic and she showed no remorse of wrong doing even after Arther asked her to assist me. She does not deserve to work in any customer service position and behind me there were more people who were not happy with her service. I feel I was mistreated as clients flocked behind me and were assisted by the same lady who gave me attitude and discriminated me.
