Kfc Worcester high street complaints department

Ordered food with a large chips. There were literally about 5 chips in the box. I then put in a complaint on Facebook. To which they responded 10 days later. Telling me to contact them to give more information how do I have to contact you? They then responded a day later saying they cannot get in touch with me case closed …. Still didn’t receive any feedback whatsoever.
